Ongoing Wednesdays: Illuminated Journal Workshop with Dr. Judith Greer Essex
The Illuminated Journal is an ongoing international creative journaling workshop
Wednesday evenings 4:00-6:00 pm PST
Participants in the Illuminated Journal will learn the practice of mixed media journaling (using writing and visual art) as:
- a tool for living more creatively and authentically.
- a way to engage with the images and metaphors that guide and inform our lives.
- a daily practice of self expression.
- an ongoing method of coping with daily life challenges.
The Illuminated Journal ongoing Wednesdays through June 2021.
Bring your own journal, all other materials supplied, no experience necessary.
$25 per night, or four consecutive classes for $90 four consecutive.
