DESCRIPTION:The Illuminated Journal is an ongoing international creative journaling workshop\, online.\nWednesday evenings 4:00-5:30 pm PST from September – May each year.\n  \n \n\n\nParticipants in the Illuminated Journal will learn the practice of mixed media journaling (using writing and visual art) as: \n\na tool for living more creatively and authentically.\na way to engage with the images and metaphors that guide and inform our lives.\na daily practice of self expression.\nan ongoing method of coping with daily life challenges.\n\nA journal and any basic art supplies are all that’s needed! \nNo experience necessary. \n$25 per night\, or four consecutive workshops (per month) for $90. \nPayment in Advance Required. \nSpace is limited.
